Welcome to Bella Luce ("I", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  Please read them carefully.

1.  Use Of Website

This website is intended for informational and booking purposes only.  By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

You agree not to use this website:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To interfere with the website's functionality or security
• To copy, distribute, or misuse any content without permission

2.  Services & Results Disclaimer

All esthetic services provided by Bella Luce are performed by a licensed esthetician and are tailored to individual needs.  However:

• Results may vary from person to person
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes
• Services are not medical treatments and do not replace medical care

Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate health, skin, and allergy information prior to treatment.

3.  Contraindications & Client Responsibility

By booking or receiving services, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, and skin sensitivities
• You understand certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals
• You assume responsibility for following pre- and post-treatment care instructions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any safety reasons.

4.  Appointments, Cancelations & No-Shows

Appointment policies are provided at the time of booking and may include:

• 24 hour notice from scheduled appointment time for cancelation or rescheduling
• Fee cancelation within 24 hours prior to scheduled service(s) is 50% of total service cost
• Day of cancelations and No-Shows are subject to full cost of scheduled service(s)

Failure to follow these policies may result in forfeited deposits and/or refusal of future bookings.

5.  Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.  Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

We accept approved forms of payment as listed on our website or in-studio.

6.  Gift Certificates & Promotions

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced

7.  Intellectual Property

All website content--including text, images, logos, branding, and designs--is the property of Bella Luce and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Luce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of this website
• Services provided
• Products purchased

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Bella Luce, its owner, and staff from any claims except in cases of gross negligence.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.
